Blendhub CTO Antonio Martín Alonso participates at Startup Weekend Madrid mentoring new entrepreneurs

  • Sharing experience on collaborative and software-enabled platform business model ideation

 

Antonio Martín Alonso, chief technology officer of Blendhub will be participating at Startup Weekend Madrid as coach and mentor of college students seeking to boost startup business projects. The event will take place from the 9th to the 11th of June at IE Business School and the participants will have a weekend to develop their initiatives.

The focus of the Startup Weekend Madrid event is to foster young talent and offer a networking forum for students from different universities. Renowned professionals and successful entrepreneurs will be supporting them. Thus, Blendhub’s CTO will be accompanied by Claus Rosenberg, co-founder and CEO of Book N’ Bloom; Daniel Rojo, partner at Dimeox; Javier Alavés, chief product officer of MainBot; Pablo Valcárcel, lean startup coach of Nestor Guerra, María Sirotkina, founder at ReStation; José Luis García Martínez, co-founder and CEO at Fidiliti; Antonio Vigueras, chief finance officer at Tuenti, Isabel Cordova Samaniego, Investors Relations Manager at Gelt, and Javier Yuste, co-founder and CEO at Binfluencer.

On Friday, different working groups will be set up depending on the votes cast for the ideas presented. On Sunday, the Startup Weekend Madrid event judges will choose the winners who will receive support and funding to futher progress their project. This edition jury is composed by Antonio Sainz, president at the European Institute for Entrepreneurship; Antonio Negro, head of Startups and Performance at Google; Bastian Manintveld, executive chairman of 2btube, and Carlos López, CEO of Oarsis.
