Food Industry Engineer with over 25 years of experience, starting with French multinational SAVENCIA (ex-BONGRAIN). After 13 productive years with Savencia, he launched his technical consultancy business before joining Blendhub in 2013 covering both the European and Middle Eastern markets. A cheese expert at heart, Olivier is both the Technical Vice President for Blendhub Global as well as the Managing Director for the greater Middle East region.
Carmen Quintanilla
Food Technologist and Nutritionist with over 10 years’ experience. Started her career at AMC Juices as Technical Account Manager for British customers, before joining Blendhub over 6 years ago as Application Specialist. As Technical Support Manager Middle East, and our beverage expert, Carmen manages the beverage portfolio, also providing technical solutions for MENA customers within other categories as well as working on specific projects for major multinationals.
Sadiya Palekar
Food Technologist with over 30 years’ experience in Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory and Quality Management. For the last 20 years, Sadiyah has been in the UAE and understands the cultural and taste aspects influencing consumers as well as challenges and constraints faced by local Industry. She joined Blendhub in December 2019 as Technical Projects Manager.
