CES, Las Vegas, USA – January

At CES 2024, Blendhub, in collaboration with Siemens Digital Industries Software, presented a bold vision for the future of food. Our showcase focused on the “Full Meals – How Impact Tastes Like” project, designed to provide nutritious, affordable meals to underserved communities worldwide. By emphasizing our multi-localized production model, we demonstrated how technology and innovation can make sustainable food accessible to more people, setting the tone for a year dedicated to impactful solutions.

Innovation Workshop in Bogotá, Colombia – February

In partnership with the World Food Programme, Blendhub organized a multisectoral workshop titled “Innovate to nourish”. This two-day event aimed to tackle malnutrition and hunger through co-creation. Stakeholders from across the agri-food value chain joined forces to develop affordable, personalized nutritional solutions aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal 2: Zero Hunger. The workshop showed Blendhub’s commitment to working together to tackle global challenges through innovation.

Food 4 Future, Bilbao, Spain – May

At the Food 4 Future event, Blendhub unveiled the “Non-Typical Protein” initiative, which aims to advance sustainable food production using alternative proteins. Partnering with companies like 3D Essence Food, Foodiq or LeanPio, we highlighted innovations such as ingredient upcycling and plant-based formulas. These solutions reflect our commitment to making basic nutrition more accessible while promoting environmental stewardship.

III Food Industry Congress, Burgos, Spain – May

The III Food Industry Congress in Burgos brought together leading minds to discuss sustainable growth in the food sector. Blendhub’s CEO, Henrik Stamm Kristensen, participated in a high-profile roundtable, sharing insights on how innovation is reshaping production and distribution. The event underscored the importance of collaboration in driving sustainable transformation within the food industry.

Realize LIVE Europe by Siemens, Munich, Germany – June

Blendhub’s innovative Food-as-a-Service model earned us the prestigious Sustainability Impact Award at Siemens’ Realize LIVE eventv. Our CEO Henrik Stamm Kristensen shared how our portable micro-factories and Digital Twin technology optimize supply chains, enabling local food production with enhanced traceability and quality. Impactaste, A Coruña, Spain – September

Indian Ice Cream Expo, Kolkata, India – September

Blendhub participated in this significant event to showcase our innovative solutions for the ice cream and frozen desserts segments. With more than a decade of experience in developing tailored solutions for the Indian ice cream market, we highlighted our expertise in creating recipes with any ingredients anywhere. Our solutions cater to growing consumer demands for healthier options, including low-fat, no-sugar, clean label, and new flavors.

TIA Europe, Valencia, Spain – October

The Tortilla Industry Association conference provided a platform for Blendhub to engage with industry leaders. Gulfood Manufacturing, Dubai – November
