Blendhub and their group of companies will introduce their value proposition for Food Powder Blends “Anywhere” at the international fair Food Technology Summit and Expo, to be held between the 23rd and 24th of September in Mexico.
Occupying booth 1322, Blendhub and their group of companies will offer information about how they create value for local and global customers using or producing food powder blends delivered by the world’s first modular and portable food powder blending factory for handling, blending and packaging of food powder formulations and the Blendhub’s full-service platform assuring highest quality blends at a lower cost per kilo and with minimal operational and financial risk. Additionally, under the brand Premium Ingredients, they will introduce different ranges of products for cheese, dairy products, and beverages.
Food powder blends “Anywhere” is a flexible proposal adapting transparently to customer needs. Nowadays, Blendhub is able to market their own formulations (“Our Formulation”) in areas such as dairy, cheese, beverages and meat through the brands Premium Ingredients and the newly created newmeat Co.®, as it has been doing for almost two decades. Likewise, it can help their clients improve their formulations, marketed under their brands (“Your Formulation”), and other independent professionals, grouped since 2013 in the allfoodexperts® community, to market their developments (“Their Formulation”).
Through food powder blends “Anywhere”, Blendhub, specializing in the formulation and blending of food powders that creates solutions, services, and equipment for the agri-food industry, leads a change in the agri-food value chain that allows a more just and safer access to basic food stuffs to more people, in more places.
Analogue cheeses, creams, yogurts, and milks
Premium Ingredients México will present, among others, formulations for the production of almond milk in Food Technology Summit and Expo. The company is having a great insight into the Mexican market with these products because of their simplicity of use and quality. They will also introduce their products for dairy applications such as yogurt, drinkable and whipped yogurt, chocolate milk, recombined milk and sour milk.
In conjunction, they will exhibit a range of products for creams – acid cream, whipping cream and neutral cream- and cheeses –analogue Oaxaca cheese, IWS slices, SOS slices, and spreadable cheese.
Meat products and a platform for open innovation
Finally, at booth 1322, Blendhub will present a new line of products for processed meat, sold under the brand newmeat Co.®, and allfoodexperts®, an international platform of open innovation that integrates the Blendhub’s global network of formulators.
