Food Ingredients First recently publish a very interesting article, Picture-perfect tints: Age of Instagram strengthens natural colouring offerings.  The piece is about how some of the leading food ingredients companies finally start understanding what I call the “Consumers set the Menu” movement and again the main reason why we for more than a decade have invested heavily into a global replication model of multi-localized food production hubs, hosting ANY recipe with ingredients for industry and final consumers or sustainable food and nutrition-as-a-service.
